Getting Started with the Support Connection service.

In order to solve your technical problem, we ask that you install our Support Connection Software.

PC Requirements

MA4 Computer Services Support Connection Software requires Windows 2000 or newer, including Vista; 128 MB RAM or greater; 2 MB hard drive space and a broadband internet connection

Step 1.

Click Start Secsion Icon or Remote Support link to start downloading and installing .

Step 2.

When the Support Connection Software installation begins

You should be presented with a security dialog which asks you to Run, Save or Cancel our installation file.

• Please choose the Run option
• On the next pop-up windows click the Run button

Step 3.

Follow the simple instructions to install Support Connection Software on your computer.

Authorizations to Access your Computer

You acknowledge that by your use of the Remote Support service you are authorizing MA4 Computer Services to access and control your computer for the purposes of computer diagnosis, service and repair.

• Remote Sessions: Hourly Rates: $99.99 Evenings and Weekends

• Additional charges apply for required (or optional) parts and/or hardware and software upgrades needed to complete the requested service.
